I found the staff to be very helpful when I went in with my aunt to get compression stockings. They were very understanding when they discovered she was a little confused and treated her with respect and dignity. They explained she needed to be measured at her least swollen state in order to get the correct size. We came back the next morning and the process was easy. I never write reviews but I wanted to share our wonderful experience so others with parents with cognitive deficits will know they can buy medical supplies from caring people.
When I came in they were very busy. Even though I had to wait for help I have to say the man who eventually helped me apologized for my wait and was very pleasant even though I was a bit difficult at first. He gave me a business card and let me know if I call ahead of time they can have things ready. Wasn’t expecting them to take ownership of having to wait but he did! Good job!!
Professional and so helpful!! When I I shopped for my durable medical equipment before the date of my hip replacement surgery they had all supplies that I needed. Northeast Medical Products has a very wide selection of home care items. I visited the store for the first to find items that would help a family member recover from a car accident, provide comfort and mobility. I was very impressed with the selection offered and the pleasant helpful staff. Also very close to I-95 and Rout 9 intersection making it easy to get to from a distance and easy on/off the highway.
